We are looking for landlords who own a property (either mortgage or outright) that can legally make decisions on its purpose, to rent us their property and agree to us renting out short term for work, relocation and leisure purposes.

We consider all types of property that meet our criteria including: apartments, flats, houses or cottages that are either close to a city centre or tourist location e.g. student location, corporate events, close proximity to hospital etc.
We are primarily based in the West Midlands however consider renting properties in all major locations.

Why does this arrangement benefit the landlord?
• Flexible contracts- we can offer flexible contracts between 3 and 5 years.
• Reduced maintenence - we complete light decoration and improvement works to all properties we acquire. We will be responsible for small maintainence issues.
• No more viewings and tenant communication.
